As it's Bonfire Night this weekend, we all love that familiar feeling of watching the fireworks whilst snuggled up to our loved ones. With a cup of soup in hand and our scarves wrapped round our cold necks, there's something humble and cosy about this time of year.

Jacqui H has chosen this weeks Challenge
SNUGGLE UP
and is sponsored by the wonderful

We want to see how you interpret cosy with your snuggly creations. And of course, our Design Team have been busy working on theirs.

Josie :
I had to use warm cosy colours for this theme, who doesn't love being snuggled up! I used pinflair patterned card and basic grey backing paper.

Helen
Hi there! Well, as this challenge launches, I will be on my way to the NEC Hobbycrafts show with my good friend Michelle.  We will also finally get the chance to meet up with all our Twitter friends too!  Just a bit excited :).
So, for this Snuggle Up theme, I chose a Penny Black image from the Hugs set - appropriate, I thought!  I've stamped and water coloured the image onto Very Vanilla cardstock using Stampin' Up! ink pads in Soft Suede, So Saffron, Blushing Bride, Sahara Sand, and Tangerine Tango.  I've then matted it onto a Spellbinders Labels Eight die cut in Peach Parfait.  The card base is Soft Suede, and the ribbon is Daffodil Delight and Pumpkin Pie.  I've glittered the flower to add a subtle accent, and finished off with a felt heart on a mini peg from my stash.

For this card I used an inklined design digi image, which oddly I bought in their sister shop in Washington.  I couldn't resist the thought that this was a doting grandchild following Grandad around and copying him having a well deserved brew.  I coloured the image with promarkers and inked the edges of the image, I then mounted it onto a zoo themed nursery backing paper.  Hope it makes you go ahhhhhhh! it did me.

Phew I didn't think I'd have a card for this weeks challenge lol...computer problems. This week I've used a Gorgeous Cuddly Buddly Freebie digi stamp, teamed with mittens and sentiment stamp from the Free set in Papercraft Essentials Magazine. All the dps were in my stash, as was the button. I coloured the images with my Promarkers.

Paula
This week i've used an image from our sponsors Digi Web Studios.  I used Prisma Pencils to colour it and then went mad with embellishments!  The papers and tag are from My Minds Eye, the flowers from Prima and the button, well soon i'll probably find a jumper or cardigan that needs it back!

Nelly
hello everyone! for this weeks theme i have used "Kitty Snuggle" house mouse stamp isn't it cute and they look so cosy!, it is at this time of the year we need to ensure our pets are safely indoors, maybe not under the Christmas tree quite just yet...i have coloured the image using pro markers, the card has been shaped with Tim Holz on the edge die and embossed using a snowflake embossing folder and chalked to highlight,  the design papers were a dovecraft brand i bought last year (sorry i don't remember the name) the sentiment is from this winters Molly Bloom collection which i have stamped onto a die cut shape, raffia, glitter and gems to  accent.....enjoy this weekends Fireworks parties everyone!

Hello everybody!  This week I am adding another Christmas card to my stash.  I like to make my own cards, its a little more special.  For this one I used white, matte photo paper and Christmas Designer paper.  The scene with Santa dropping down the chimney, as well as the mittens, are all files from the Silhouette Cutting Machine's online line store.  I used pop dots to put the whole thing together.  I colored everything with my Copic markers.

Sarah
Hi everyone! This week I've used images from Polkadoodles, the stamps came with a magazine (Papercraft Essentials). I masked the girl and stamped the boy next to her so they're cuddling - he actually has a snowball in that hand so maybe she'll get an icy surprise down her neck later! The sentiment is from the same stamp set and the papers I found in my scraps box (I added snowflakes to the green one to make it more Christmassy), the ribbon is from Meiflower I think, all grubbied up with some Distress Ink.

Doreen

I used my lovely Magnolia Stamp for this challenge and colored with Copics. I love my new Copics.
The PP is from my Lost and Found Collection. It's perfect for cards, because is thinner than normal Lost and Found paper. The postage stamps are from Whimsy Stamps and the pastage die as well.

Kelly

I used this gorgeous Teddy Bo image.  It is coloured with promarkers.  The backing paper is Honey and Hugs.  The ribbon is from Crafty Ribbons.  The flowers and pins are from Crafty Emmas Store and Wild Orchid Crafts.  The sentiment is from the Tulip range.
